Hello Gents,
I was told that you dont need to produce your PAL when purchasing ammunition components. Is this factual? I was going to order some .224 dia bullets for my .223, but a Quebec based company, X-load, wants to see my PAL# in order to place a purchase. Seeing that Quebec is keeping their provincial registry, and I live in Alberta, why would I have to show them anything if it isn't required by federal law? I also understand that they do not have to sell me anything, but the question remains, is showing a PAL a requirement for ammo components?
