I dont have the exact information on mine other then it was 55 days start to finish for me in Ontario for my PAL and that was with a medical release form being asked for. If you have nothing to hide and your honest on your application it wont take long to get your PAL. However i have seen horror stories for those trying to get the elusive RPAL in Ontario. I say elusive because they hate to issue RPAL in Ontario it seems.

things are good.... checked today and application updated to approved, sweet! that was 31 days for me including have to answer a question I had missed, and the RCMP calling my reference, rather than them calling in. I would say it would have been 28 days on the nose except that 28days landed on a sat, and the next Monday was yesterday, the holiday (thanksgiving) i'm in alberta and this was for PAL/RPAL
