Someday i'd like to get a Paraordnance 14.45, it's the only gun i think i'd ever buy new.
But I hear bad things about the metal they use, especially in regards to it chipping off around the safety and slidecatch slots.
Any truth to this?
Funny, some people think Para is junk and low grade crap. I on the other hand own one of these beauties. It is a P13-45 Limited Stainless 4-1/4 barrel .45 of the 1911. It shoots well and what can I say it's Made in Canada not in the USA. I never heard of (Sights fall off, cracks in frames and slides, peening of slide stop cut... etc)Quote from Tobin. I bought this in 2000 and it functions very well. It has a wide handle on it to accomodate the 10 rnds + mags.
If you do not have enought problems in your life buy one.
