PGW Winding down operations

Should not be a problem since they use IBI barrels.

Any competent gunsmith should be able to spin up a barrel for a PGW. I know Insite has done more then a few.

Also, the original PGW's were made with Kriegers. I believe all the rifles made for the CF had Kriegers. PGW didn't start using IBI barrels until just very recently.

Probably the only way to find out is to email or call PGW with your rifles S/N.

However, if the rifle shoots, it doesn't really matter where the barrel came from.

I have four IBI barrels including one on my Coyote that was rebarrelled from a Krieger last summer. I can’t tell which barrel shoots better. Both work very well.

My Coyote with the IBI barrel is 1/4MOA.

I can't tell the difference between my Bartleins and others.
You obviously need to tweek the ammo as you change the barrel.

We did a lot of business with PGW back when they were Prairie Gun Works and contracted to get Lapua .338LM designated as the Medium Range Sniper Rifle System. Took 6 years!

We are quite disappointed and saddened that they are winding down and wish all involved the best for the future.
