Claven, please shoot me an email and I'll deal with your case

As for phones, we are looking to stop taking calls all together and move to an all email based CS.

I know this frustrates some people, but the majority of calls are people checking their status, or other things which can be handled in a few seconds via email.

I h8 dealing with these guys as well. They put on these ridiculous sales and I AM FORCED TO BUY FROM THEM!!!! And then these buggers throw in these exploding things that go KABOOM FOR FREE!!!!! The outrage I feel!

As always thanx Ryan.

Im looking forward to getting the Kaboom!

I know it's a hassle to answer phone calls and messages. That being said when I had an issue with an order from you 2 days of emails got me nowhere, but the 30 second fixed it. My .02

Being able to reach someone by phone is important, many times emails can't properly explain the situation. Don't lose the ability to be contacted by phone.

Bravo, bravo.

When there are good sales and prices I know there will be a trade off and I justify it like this. If they hired a person to man the phones that cuts into my good deals. So I have taken up meditation. Whenever I get a case of the millennials, or if I am frustrated because things didn't go exactly the way "I" wanted it too, or I am just being pissy because my panties are chaffing and my peanut butter sandwich still has the crust on it when I sat down for lunch.

I not only recommend this for the OP, but also for anyone that needs to relax and take it down a notch, works particularly well just before long range precision shooting session to release tension, regulate the heart rate, and synchronize breathing.

Breathing Awareness:

Let's begin. Throughout this breathing awareness exercise, breathe in this way:

Breathe in to the count of four, hold for the count of 3, and breathe out to the count of 5.

It goes like this:

Breathe in...2....3....4..... hold...2...3....exhale...2....3....4....5...

Breathe in...2....3....4..... hold...2...3....exhale...2....3....4....5...

Breathe in...2....3....4..... hold...2...3....exhale...2....3....4....5...

Breathe in...2....3....4..... hold...2...3....exhale...2....3....4....5...

Continue to breathe at this slow pace.

While you are breathing slowly, direct your breathing awareness to different stages of the breath. Focus all of your attention on each stage mentioned.

First, notice the breath as it enters your nose. Notice each time you breathe in, the way the breath feels on your nostrils.

Feel the breath as it passes through your nasal passages, and down behind your throat.

Where does the air go next? Feel each time you inhale, the breath passing down your windpipe.

Feel the breath going down.....

Notice where the air enters your lungs. Allow your breathing awareness to deepen the feeling of relaxation you are experiencing.

Feel the air expand your lungs with each in breath.

Feel your lungs expand... and relax.... expand.... and relax..... expand.... and relax.....

Now notice the exhalation phase of breathing. Observe as the air leaves your lungs and begins to travel upward. Focus your attention on that moment of each breath.

Now turn your attention to the breath traveling up and out, through your mouth. Feel the breath in your throat, your mouth, and across your lips.

Notice each breath as a whole now. See how the breaths flow like waves. Fist in.... and then a pause.... and out.... and then a pause.... Notice the pauses, these rests between breaths.

Now as you relax... you can count your breaths as they continue to flow gently. Count 10 breaths.

(pause)

When you are finished counting your breaths, notice how calm and relaxed you are. See how regular your breathing has become... how calm your breathing is.

When you are ready to return to your rifle, you can reawaken your body and return to the present. Count to five. With each number, you can become more and more alert, reaching full alertness when you reach 5.

KABOOM!!!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . HIT!!!

If most CGN's are like me, after about 4 or 5 lines I start to lose interest, then it's bla bla bla, and I move on to the next post.

First four or five words for me. If someone wants to jerk off, they can do it in private. That post was a public session.

At any rate, at least CA got back to the OP -- though I occasionally have a problem with them I'm generally a fan of their customer service. I'm currently dealing with a site sponsor who does not put a phone number on their web site and forces you to rely on email. For the past month they're refused to acknowledge multiple emails I've sent them despite a pledge on their web site to "put our clients first." When the chargeback is initiated on Monday I have no doubt that they'll be in contact.

This for the win.

For the record, I posted here only after trying all other options and not being able to reach anyone. I was NOT looking for an order update or complaining about something superfluous. Short story is the vendor sent me the wrong model of firearm, and that firearm was missing parts as well. The outside of the box was labelled correctly, but the box did not contain what it was purported to contain. I'm not holding CA responsible for the error, they likely do not open every box before shipping. But I do want it remedied, and so would you all.

Those who know your post history know this wasn't about an order update or some other BS: if you were posting, it was because it was necessary.
I did find it extremely hilarious that the first post offering advice was for you to put down the phone and email them....that is rich, especially when every single thread where someone complains about a retailer not replying to repeated email attempts is met with a "pick up the phone and call them" comment! Too funny!

I was going to mention that as well but didn't feel like dealing with the CGN cultists that view any criticism or less than positive opinion about a site sponsor to be worthy of being killed like Simon in The Lord of the Flies.

Canada ammo are good guys.

I got a new card and the website did not update it for some reason. I wrote them and email asking them to call me and they called me early the next morning.

Write the an email and they will fix it.

Haha, touche!
Only reason why I suggested email vs call was because CA mentioned somewhere that email was the best option during the sale.
