Pics of your hunt camp.

Wow, some of you guys are livin' large.
Here's this yr's moose camp. Unfortunately the only thing we had hanging in the tree was deer. Note the tarp wraps around the back of the trailer. Lot's of wind here; we bolted hooks all along the top and down the back of the trailer. Stake and rope it down good, gave us a good bit of shelter, seemed to work well, and didn't rattle in the wind, either.

My hunting cabin and horse... some pics of the trail, which is mountians and thick bush, love it. load out on my horse this trip moss500 and an old win94car 3030, no chest strap it broke:( but didnt need it anyway for this trip. did have another buddy with horse, and of couse we had a pack horse. was a small group this time. unfortunetly will be the last hunting trip i'll do with horses, had to put down my favorite horse this summer, which devistated me:(, had other horses but ended up selling them, so its maybe time for a quad.

At my cabin in post #33, we came back from a morning hunt and found we had a couple of 'ditch chickens' wandering around feeding in the front yard.

These we leave alone. In the yard;), we leave them for 'seed'. They're protected:).

Its an awsome spot. very remote and really hard to get to, by horse is really the only way in and out. and there's always a mess to clean up from black bears and i think a cougar that frequent the cabin:rolleyes:, its also full of pack rats. always an adventure staying there :D

Thank you very much:). I highly recommend horses, or at the very least hunting by horseback.
