Just about every Western country that has gone to war lately has had this sort of post-conflict scrutiny.
Australian SOF troops investigated for Afghanistan.
Canadian infantry officer charged and convicted of killing a dying Afghan.
Dutch troops for their role in the massacre at Srebrenica.
Belgians paras investigated for Rwanda - and finding Saint Romeo of Dallaire negligent.
Several US examples of soldiers and Marines unlawfully killing civilians, not to mention Blackwater's crimes.
Danish tankers for shooting all 72 rounds from their Leopard into Serb tanks, and in AFG for soldier's banter caught on camera and investigated for the horrible sin of speaking badly about the enemy.
And .... a dozen Northern Ireland veterans run through the courts for their behaviour.

^ Hmmm the "United Nations" is nothing more then a social club for third world dictators to hate on Israel. If the "un" had its way the war in FRY would still be raging.....they seem to be pretty silent over Russia invading Ukraine, go figure.

Remember eight or so years ago when we could get SVT40's for a couple hundred bucks, fresh from Ukrainian storage? After about 2013, that pipeline dried up.
Turns out the Ukrainians needed them more than we do. Wonder how many folks in the local defense brigades will be using the K98, or how many MAS36 there are still in bunkers...
IMHO, the UN is nothing more than the largest "sanctioned" ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION in the world.
Only tolerated because of the worldwide web or MSM outlets, controlled by the governments of the represented nation members.
