Pictures of my new (to me) Beretta 71 .22LR

Have you recieved it and shot it yet? You need to try CCI Stingers in it when you do. Unbelievable muzzle flash for a .22! :D

My first and favorite Beretta.

This particular model has quite a history with the Isreali Mossad. I believe that there is a silenced version that was fighting terrorism before fighting terrorism was cool.

Sweet....looks like a baby 92!!

Here's another Beretta .22lr. I own one and it's very nice--not mine in the photo though.....

It was its reputation for reliability with all types of ammo, the ability to be carried cocked and locked and its historical significance that made me want one.

I've had mine for years,They are fun and cheap. Some of the Walter Mitty
types at the range pretend they Mussad operatives when they shoot it.
I'm sure you will enjoy it.Not to Hijack but on a side note anyone know where
to get extra mags.I have two but the lip on one is badly damaged and need to be tig welded.Thats another FYI be carefull of the lips on the mags if you
only have the one mag.
Enjoy.

I have a 70S in .22LR. Basically the "same" pistol with a steel frame. Extremely tolerant with ammunition and a very enjoyable little gun to shoot.
Definitely one of my 12(6) prohib keepers.

WRT .22LR magazines, models 70S, 71, 72, 73, and Jaguar are all compatible.
