(Pissed) FoxPro Spitfire failed after about 10 minutes

Although I do not have any intention right now for an electronic caller, BUT if I ever do I know I'll be checking out Foxpro first and foremost. Customer service is first and paramount!!
 
I received an email from Joe Brumbaugh about an hour ago, and just got off the phone with him, he's sending a new caller to me and got me to pick out 24 calls of my choice to put on it on it, so as soon as they program it they'll be shipping it, also he told me not to send the defective one until I get the replacement.

Now that's service and trust, this guy don't know me from Adam, I could be feeding him a line of crap for all he knows but he has enough trust to just send a new caller on my word, WOW!!!! now that's customer service at it's best, wouldn't it be a pleasure if all transactions went this easy.
