Agreed that this isnt the best presentation. However the idea behind it isnt all that bad. Are there any groups on facebook for resposible Canadian gun owners? Or would anyone care to create a better written one? Regardless of how you feel about facebook it has proven to be a decent tool when it comes to raising awareness on an issue. Prime example the HST petition here in BC. Their facebook group helped raise awareness to many who otherwise may not have payed any attention to it.

Ive been thinking about taking on this project because i searched facebook and couldnt find one facebook page that would be helpful to our cause. If i do end up doing it ill start a new thread and brain storm ideas.

Awesome let us know if you feel motivated. :D

I went to your site and logged in, I have to agree that your statement about self defense is not in the spirit of responsible and safe use of firearms. Self defense is not a legitimate reason for gun ownership it says so in the CFSC which I presume you took to get a license,if not look it over and retract your statement then I might join cause I am signed up to facebook and haven't done anything with it....yet.....:D

it seems everyone here has an opinion and say they could do it better, so do it then. join the group post in it, pm me, do something other than #####

Just a question, why don't you change your mission statement to "supporting c391"?

I get what you are getting at, but it sounds to me a little "apocolyptic".

You would probably have 80 percent of CGN's population as a member of your page with that simple change.

There are about 3.4 million threads on this site with excellent points supporting c391.

Just my $.02
