Crossbow is prohibited in Newfoundland? I would consider moving there. Crossbow is too weak to kill an animal, it only wounds, making the game suffer. It's inhuman hunting.

You should do your homework, crossbows are no more inhumane than any other weapon allowed for hunting. The difference between a bow of any sort with a broadhead and a rifle is basic, the broad head kills through mass blood loss, a rifle kills through shock. The inhumanity caused by suffering is an effect of an unethical hunter and a poorly placed shot. Not a specific weapon.
