pls grizzly drum mag!!??

Simple to do until you try it.

The geometry of the Saiga is not correct for the Griz. The problem I had with the Griz is the length of the tower and the steep feed angle to get the shells into the chamber.

I think it might be hard to get a saiga mag in Canada because it's for a semi auto.

Probably have to get it blocked to 5 rnds.

Might be able to ship some of the innards.

Waithmaker might ship some of the components but I'm not sure if they are in business anymore

Saigas are centerfire semiautomatics. Any magazine over 5 rounds capacity, regardless of what it was modified for, is a prohibited device.
^that is kind of confusing.

Center fire mags over 5rnds are perfectly legal provided they are designed for manually operated rifles. If a 5+rnd mag happens to fit a semi (like if an AIA 10rnd .308 mag happens to fit an M-14), fantastic, however you can not modify the mag in any way or it becomes a prohibited device. As far as I know, there are now laws regarding the modification of a rifle to accept a magazine that holds more than 5 rnds. Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of bolt/pump/leaver guns that take specific 5+rnd mags.

And bolt/pump/leaver gun that accepts STANAG mags obviously doesn't apply since those mags were designed for a semi/fullauto rifle.

There's already a few companies making polymer extensions for factory Akdal shotgun 5 round mags.
Making them 10 and 15 rounders.

You could probably ask them to make some Grizzly mag extensions too.

Happy New Year’s all.

I contacted Salem 6 about their shotgun mag extension for mka 1919 as you can see here
http://www.salem6arms.com/extensioninstructions.html
After looking at the product I didn`t think it would be a problem to move the bottom plate and slide these extension on top of the grizzly mag.
After sending a picture of the grizzly magazine they looked at it a said it appears to have different features that there kit interfaces with… and they don`t ship to Canada. I am sure we can get an exported.

I want to buy a Dominion Arms shotgun but only if I can get mags for 10 rounds our higher…. I would buy 11 of them.

I know it sounds silly but did anyone try the sap 6 magazine in the grizzly?

I will buy extensions, certainly. There is somebody here who makes mag extensions, a +2 would be fine, no problem with the springs, and you can cut the follower for 1 more. And tape 2 together.

Who makes them or sells them? I haven`t any information about them, I would be interested.

Nobody makes or sell Grizzly mag extensions, but they do sell magazine extensions for other things on this board, the GS guy. You would need to petition for a custom hollow extension. A +2 would give you an 7-rounder, 2 taped together would give you something functionally similar to a UTAS. And then there is a +1 follower mod.
You could buy a spare "aftermarket" mag from Canadaammo, and cut it in half. The baseplate end you clamp on as shown above, the other half you fold the feed lips over to make a fixed baseplate. The existing spring is good enough for 2 or 3 extra rounds.
So for 30 bucks (+ 10$ nuts and bolts and aluminium plate) and your 2 old (non-aftermarket, preferably) you get 2 8 round mags: https://www.canadaammo.com/product/detail/magazine-grizzly-mag-5-rd/
You clamp them together for 16+1 capacity and reload the empty mag during lulls in the Zomby assualt, which you can't do with a drum.

Bigger Grizz mags have been talked about and dreamt about for years. At this point it doesn't look like anybody is ever going to bother mass producing one. Disappointing, but after 4 years of false starts I'm out of faith

Probably not much. We want to be able to do a lot more than 5 pew pews in a row, since we're allowed unlimited pew pews and the bottom feed drop out magazine technically offers the ability to make use of that. If somebody even just came out with an extended body mag that held a few more rounds people would be giggling with happiness. I've often wondered about the logistics of making a double stack mag for these...
