poker rally fun shoot in alberta

Just noticed this thread, wish I would have found it sooner. Looks like a lot of fun. Really hope it will happen again next year; would love to bring the kids along for a great time.

We will definitely be putting it on again next year. This was our first year, so hopefully with this year a success and word of mouth, next year will be even bigger. Maybe we will even see a few more of the CGN board sponsors get involved. ATRS was a big contributor. Not only did Rick donate a really nice range finder that went for third prize, but he brought out 8 people with him and let me shoot an Infidel build!! We had $7,000 in prizes donated so everyone who participated left with something. Hell, we had 4lbs of Shockwave(Tannerite) donated from the Allen Palliy at the NFA that was given away

It was a really great weekend of shooting, quadding, camping, and bbq'd pig!!

If I get the date on the calendar before my wife makes plans... There's a better chance of me making it.:)

July 4-5 perhaps?
