Possible CZ 858 reclassification?

Is it time for trolling infractions?
Strikes accumulate and result in bans.
Likely to happen sooner than a ban on these Czech rifles.

the problem that i see at the moment is not the reclassification ( that was sorta debunked ) ... is the dirty trick of nailing the importers and holding their shipments, under the guise that they were FA receivers ( and taking a lengthy looksee if anything is against the law ) damaging and curtailing the importer from selling that product.

and i bet this will be seen more n more (stall and deter )

Yes, and from what I understand they make the importer pay expensive storage fees while they dilly-dally and take forever to investigate, make a decision, and they may or may not provide a reason for why a shipment is being held.

Yea, you are probably right, however that just makes me want to support these importers that take the risk.

I, for one, find this comment very interesting....
Have you ever had them arrive on your property complete with SWAT (3 teams) ?
Stick an MP-5 in your face to get your attention ?
Proceed to rip your house apart even though the warrant was not valid for the house ?
Threaten your employees ?
Threaten to kill your pet dog (age 12) I believe the term was "control him or loose him"
Rip up the out buildings ?
Line up the people in the warehouse, at gunpoint, along a wall for 1/2 hour and try to intimidate them ?
Refuse you (at gunpoint) the right to call your lawyer....

Let me know what happens after you demonstrate your macho attitude, that is if they let you
John

I can attest to this, the ERT team in Victoria raided my buddy's apartment because his roommate was a small time pot dealer. They basically rammed the door in, put their knee into the back of his neck and held a gun to him for 1/2 hour while tearing the place apart. You can't do a thing, even if you've done nothing.

Now of course my buddy knew his roomy was dealing, and had no issues cooperating with the ERT haha

Before the thread gets locked

Excuse my ignorance on most gun matters Canadian

Isn't the 858 NR?, that being so, the powers that be would have to rely on the honesty of owners to own up to owning one

Is this correct??

Thanks for pointing out the flaming obvious :)

Regards
