Postal Matches: Enter scores (Updated April 3rd)

Here is where you can enter your scores from the various matches (for rules on these matches go to the top of the rimfire page to the thread titled “Rules for Matches”.)

We will enter the scores over a peorid of two months. In May and June we will start again

Just a couple of “guidelines” to follow and you should be fine.

Please state the:

Which match you shot
Your score
Your screen name (i.e. cz452shooter)
Gun used
Scope used
Ammunition used (or if it was open sights just state open sights)

Here would be an example:

50 yard unlimited,

I come rightly all to finish install the Brooks trigger kit. Now my trigger is about 2 pounds with no creep just like my Remington 700 VS in .308.

On a 22lr in 50yrds wind doping is as important as of shooting the .308 has 300 yrds. This is my first target rifle in 22lr and I like indeed shooting with this cz452.

The targets of my match.

didn't have much time today, could only complete one round. Rifle is Savage MkII with CCI standard velocity ammo.

"If not for those two flyers...".

What happened next is more interesting. I still had like 10 minutes left, so naturally I pick up my beloved Mossberg 152K and shoot a string of 20 rounds in about 2 minutes, most of that time was reloading the clip. Its like pop-pop-pop until there is "click". As you can see rapid fire score is not that much off the mark. More fun and competitive too.

A little correction: those scores above are for 25m off hand fun match. Savage has Simmons scope, the one that comes with the package, Mossberg has some kind of vintage looking scope with no markings on it.

Another day at the range ,today less windy but this morning the temp was - 26C. This is the first time in 10yrs than a shoot with my cooey model 39.
