Powder and Projectiles just landed!!

Their powder prices are over priced in general. $349.95 for 8 lbs of Unique. Everyone else sells it for $250.

This isnt the only price increase. Bought ammo online at $32 a box online for pick up in store. But when you buy it from the store directly at the sister company its 38.99 a box for the same ammo taken from the same shelf.

Bloomberg just released an article warning that the loonie can shrink to .60 cents against the U.S Dollar. You guys can type all you want on how high the current difference is now on powder and reload supplies. You all have a choice buy now while it's still resonable or wait for another 3-4 weeks and complain then when powder is at $80 or $90 Dollars a pound.

Thats why its time to stack them at 260$ for 8 pounds !!

Funny every time I go to Western they are sold out or way over everyone else's price for the same/similar product. As such I never buy from them dispite what seems like hours checking them out. Shame really.

Varget can easily be found for $32/lb in the US. At current exchange, that puts it at $45, co-incidentally very close to what I paid last week at a different sponsoring vendor. Even at a hypothetical .60 cent exchange rate, which is highly unlikely, it works out to $53. For $70 to become reasonable our dollar would have to trade at approximately .46 cents.

All that said, if some half-wit is willing to pay $70/lb, then good for Western.
