H322, Alliant Reloader 7, have worked well for me with those bullet weights. Although many guys I know like 4198, 3031 aswell. I also use Alliant 2400 for light plinking loads. 25gr of 2400 powder with a 400gr bullet is an accurate plinking round, about 1300fps.

I also used 2400, only the old Hercules variety, with 420 cast. I used 25.7 grains, because that was what a certain size Lee scoop held! That was a good, acurate load, but gong up a couple of grains dropped the accuracy.
My other good plinking loads were 14.4 grains, just what a 1.6 gram Lee scoop held, of Unique. I think this made my best groups ever.
The same scoop held 22.5 grains of IMR4227 and that also, was a very accurate, real light plinker.
