Well, they're cheap and the reputation isn't that bad, so I decided to give it a try.

Only difference to the hunting rifles is the much heavier bbl.

Going to a gunshow tomorrow, hopefully I can pick up a Harris bipod and a few more goddies for it.

Didn't want to get a bolt action rifle actually, but that's a whole other story.

I saw write ups on these in on some of the sniper sites, they are great shooing guns, you will not be disappointed. Very nice rifle.

Finished it. Sako L579 .308, Bell & Carlson stock, free-floated, glass bedded, harris bipod, Leupold VXI 4-12x40, trigger lightened and shortened... and a slip-on limbsaver rolleyes.
