Don't forget that if Armalite does make a new 180 it is going to be a more expensive rifle as they are talking about Aluminum lowers, faster barrel twist and chrome lining. All these will drive up the cost Stateside so who knows what they will be in Canada if imported. Lots of people like the fact that the 180's are what they are (polymer lower, no chrome ect ect ) They are a $900 rifle stateside but in Canada because of classification, importation fee's, rarity ect they are worth much more, how much depends on how much you will pay for one.
Most people will not spend $1900 on a used one yet as they still come up on the EE quite often for $1200 to $1400 used. This may change over time if Armalite stalls on building a new one but even then they should hold value if the new ones are built on new aluminum lowers.
