Price check, Swiss arms

The full length rifle version is a pretty heavy piece of hardware. Some people don't like the weight or aren't comfortable carrying it all day afield or don't like the balance. Thus, they try to move it in order to put their money toward another new toy.

Yeah, I don't get why people complain about the weight.

This is about a 9lbs gun. Most shotguns are around 8 bs. An average AR-15 is about 7 lbs.

If you have trouble with putting a 9 pound gun over your back when hunting, or have trouble putting it into your vehicle from your house and out of your vehicle to the firing line, then you really need to go to the gym. Seriously.

I like them because you can shoot them....not restricted. they are also pretty accurate. the swiss have made 600,000 + guns, so you know that any problems have been fixed. the colours are the only problem.

I don't find the weight bothers me on mine. But... mine is set up as a varmint/DM style rifle. so heavy is just fine. That being said it balances off hand pretty well with the 5 round mags (balance is right under the magazine). Pretty cool rifle, no regrets.

...Swiss Arms model variations....

...no matter what colour or barrel length, they are still the best .223 on the planet...period....

Well, I bought my Classic Green new from TSE, and couldn't be happier with it. Love the CQB! Then I picked up a really nice Blue Star in the EE at a very nice price. Got a great deal, (even though the promised bayonet never arrived) and had every intention of having it refinished like Otokiak did with his. However, the colour has actually grown on me and I'm probably not going to bother refinishing it until I've dinged it up a lot more coyote hunting. Have to say, the colour is off-putting for the non-gun people who are absolutely dedicated to fearing/hating dreaded "assault" rifles. Its kind of hard to call a Smurf Blue rifle "evil"!:)

Would you mind to show us some picture? I am considering one but thinking about the color. I have seen the blue and black but I prefer a green, just never seen one before.
