The video is interesting, and I applaud the ingenuity of the guy doing it (he might be one of five or six people in north america too cheap to buy primers), but he has way more time than money, and is likely compromising the reliability of his ammo.Or are you guys that reusing them just using them on range rounds and not hunting loads?

Yep, you're right. And yep, decapped live primers will work fine when put back in.I think if you re read the post that he's asking do we re use UNFIRED primers that where pushed out with the decap rod for whatever reason.
