"It's a sport, be proud."
Surely this hardly constitutes a strong opinion that anyone should find offensive.

I recognize anyone who wants to know if you own a gun has ready access to names listed but given the above, any attempts to hide names by Provincial Orgs. appears to me to be like shutting the gate after the horse is out. This is particularily true when these same organizations send the results to IPSC INternational knowing that organization will post the results anyway. Ontario apparently has changed their practices since 2006 results aren't listed but 2005 were. This assumes 2006 shoot has taken place.

Canuck44 said:No I understand Ontario's desire to protect the privacy of it's members. Does IPSC Ontario send the results of their Level 111 matches to IPSC INternational? I ask that because the 2005 results are posted on that site but the 2006 aren't, hence my comment regarding a change in policy.
I accept the world we live in however our sport just has to become more mainstream if we are ever going to legitimize handgun ownership in the minds of Canadians. I do however appreciate the issues you are faced with.

What features do you find most valuable in your section's websites, and what features do you wish you had?
