I am fairly new to reloading but I have pumped out a couple hundred rounds so far with no problem until today. I neck sized some brass from my Gunsite scout cleaned it all up and so on. When I attempted to put the round together ( using hornady .308 die and hornady 165gr interlock soft points) the die shaved a ring of brass off about 1/4 inch down from the top of the neck. I never had this happen so I made another round same thing. After this I decided to make a dummy round and try to chamber it, It was a little ruff going in and then it would not come out I had to push it out with a cleaning rod. Any one know why my die is doing this
