Why is everyone getting on the OP? He asked a question and got a answer its what the forum is for, he is not complaining or bad mouthing the business, and not everyone has time to call or drive 2 hours to visit the shop.
I have a Fabarm 14" & it came with a spring on the pump slide to assist in whatever. I took it out because it seemed odd being in there, then I noticed that as soon as I shot a shell through it, after removal, it unlocked a bit on its own to help a little with extraction. This happens with the Winchester 1300's i've shot as well which helped greatly in the speed of the next follow-up. Do you have this spring & if you do have you tried removing it. To make it more clear, this spring I'm talking about coils around the tube magazine & compresses as the slide is racked.
It's a long shot because I have not experienced the problem you've explained.
if a busy schedule is making it hard to call, emails are the next best thing. send it in whenever you can and wait. One could also leave a message on their answering machine if they have one. The responders here haven't been cheeky, they are legitimate responses. Posting on the forum gives off a "i want attention" vibe, especially when it's to such a simple issue. I suppose you could then argue that you posted in the dealer forum specifically only wanting the dealer to respond, however since it is a forum you'd have to wait for them to come on and see it to respond, so you may as well have sent an email or again left a message. A dealer may only come on every couple of days, whereas they should in most cases check emails and phone messages daily.
For those actually interested in helping and not just wanting to argue and play internet tough guy
All it took to fix the problems was a gentle chamber polish!
Thanks to wanstalls and all the people who actually had something constructive to say!!
The fabarm can cycle everything faster than I can pump it now!!
