Don't worry, everybody has checked them out, Provincial, Federal, the authorities have responded to the many "tips" received and checked them out , THEY ARE LEGAL.

We have sold about a thousand of these, people love them....

Maybe not intentionally, but Marstar does have a track record for selling things that later turned out to be illegal (by however means).

I would question it as well. Johnone says they're legit and have been checked out so buy away... hopefully they stay that way.
