OP yes because a metal trigger, Will REALLY replaces the trigger guard. You asked 3 times if it was metal or plastic. I think you are the drunk one. Not the staff at PR.

Clay and Tanner (well all the gang actually) at PR are really a class act. I and the people I have referred have collectively bought dozens of firearms and gear from them and had 0 issues with their staff going above and beyond with customer service. Excellence is their default mode as far as our expereince with them goes and I would recommend anyone and everyone to them (and do every chance I get) Oh. and super nice, honest people infront of or behind the counter. I would say to the original OP that it was clearly a misunderstanding and PR has come on here and been polite, helpful and professional (as always dispite the antagonistic overtone in your origianl post) Why not just chalk to up as a miscommunication and if you think there is better service our there, fill your boots! If all these pages telling you they are GREAT people to deal with doesn't give you a hint that these guys and gals are top shelf and this is THE store to buy from (if they have what you need and for some reason can't order it) then there isn't much more left to say.

I've always had incredible service from Prophet. They respond to my questions quickly. Had a warranty issue with a NULA rifle. They dealt with it super fast. I have NEVER had a negative experience dealing with Clay and his crew.

And that's why using your voice on an antique personal communication device or making an actual store front inquiry does still work. Prophet River answers the phone and their staff never sounds drunk. I've only ever had one misunderstanding on a consigned gun description done over the phone. Sent it back suggesting they don't relist it due to the unsafe condition. All is good and the gun either sold right after it went back or they did the right thing and took it off consignment. That shows integrity.
