I have a huge problem with Prophet River!!!

Every time I go in there VS just ordering online I look at way too much stuff, then Clay makes me such a good deal on said stuff I can't resist and next thing you know my credit card takes a hit of way more than I had planned on that day.

I really like the service. Just wish they had a more "sale" driven business model like Cabelas(which I hate supporting but have regular good sales.) As a pensioner I really am driven to buying if it is discounted.
CABELAS Has a ""Hometown Heroes" promotion of 5%...now that's embarrassing to the police and military. Thats a slap in the face.

It was only there in the first place to compete with Wholesale Sports. With them out the window, the discount apparently dropped from 15% to 5%. Prophet, on the other hand, are fantastic guys to deal with. Only been to their shop once but probably some of the most down to earth, honest guys I've gotten a chance to speak to at a firearms shop, or any shop for that matter. No high pressure sales tactics or anything. Was quite pleased and would not hesitate to drop by there again next time I'm in Lloyd.

I agree entirely with your sentiment, however, those members of the public occasionally enter the workforce. Or at least they do where I work.

I prefer it that their every day prices tend to be lower than the competition. If you can afford to constantly offer significant discounts during sales, your prices are too high in the first place.
