Got my new evolution chassis In and put together today. No range time yet. Super high qualityin my eyes. Fits tight really supports action. No need to bed it. Locks up tight and fully dressed rifle weighs in at 10.8 pounds. Can't wait to shoot it. Ergonomics are great. The tactical stock is a must in my mind. Fits a lot better than the magpul prs to me as well. Comparing it to the mdt tac 21 I used to own it is equal with build quality but I like the more open action. Lighter weight. And better stock option. Feels like the stock has more finesse and less bruiser appearance

Just wanted to thank Kyle at xlr for putting up with my harassment and I a great guy to deal with as well

Here's a quick pic till I take it out

I like the XLR chassis but I have a NF base on my rifle and I am not going to buy a new base. I also dont feel like cutting off the fwd part of the base for the chassis to fit, thats the only drawback. I am going to get a MCree or a PDC Custom . Thats the beauty of it, there a several good chassis systems out there.

I did make contact with MCree , they have ZERO interest in any international market from my take on their response.

So, I ordered a XLR also.

How much travel does that butt stock have for adjustment?

I ordered myself a 20moa leupold. I did have to cut off the forward section. About one slot of the rail. I just cut and filed it then quick coat of paint

Buttstock travel I would say is around 10" from all the way forward to all the way back and still have enough to hold it secure

North shore barrels and I got mine direct from xlr. He has a 65$ international export fee. And then there was some customs on it. Kyle is great to deal with

Ok good, I was having trouble finding a hard shell case but this opens up options it I can get it to be below 50".

If u like I can measure te whole thing extended and shortened. I believe my case is 40" and it got no problem with the 20" barrel
