PRS Match CDTSA Milo Range

Great Match, well organized and well executed! Had lots of fun!
Big thanks to Ryan and the RO's who made this run so smoothly.
Nice to see some familiar faces and meet some new people. Overall it was a great atmosphere with good camaraderie. Look forward to the next one!

Thanks to Insite for their support and donation of prizes!

Big thanks to everyone that came out yesterday. It was great that everyone stepped up to help out during the day.

It was my first match and first time being an RO, without people willing to help out it would have been a disaster. Another shout-out to Insite for providing great prizes.

If anyone has ideas in what they would like to see in the next match please let me know. Just an FYI there will be no paper in the next one and I plan to have it not be quite so long.

I hope everyone had fun and learned lots, I am sure everyone learned about the limits of their rifles/gear/themselves.

Scores will be sent out tonight, I just have to get some other stuff done today before I can do so.

was a great match! Looked like everyone had a good time. Was the most wind speed indicators I ever saw at one time. looked like everyone was running around trying to get cell reception with the things. Job well done Ryan!

Haha. The wind kept things interesting and was changing all day in both intensity and direction.

I enjoyed the diversity of the equipment people brought out. Eye candy walking up and down the range.

Speaking of eye candy, congrats on the A.I. Nice looking setup you have!

What an awesome match for a first go at Canadian practical style rifle shooting! Kudus to Ryan and the gang who helped out. I know I had a blast and cannot wait to come out again. Also, hands together for Insite and their support!

That was not me, but Clockworkz with the AIAT folder and ATACR.

I just happened to have bought the same rifle as him, less folder. I've seen too many .25moa groups from that gun...

I wasnt aware that you were shooting the event or I would have said hi!

How did the steel plates work out? Was a bit of a chore getting them up on Wednesday. I think there were eight of us that finished the job in a couple of hours so could have been worse.

Auggie D.

Sorry my mistake. Congrats nevertheless! Those are sick rifles!
You were shooting the AR? That wind caught me out a few times using a .260. Must have been some fun shooting a .223!

The new steel out there was great. There were a couple of failures on the 300m & 400m gongs (top centre) as the bolt heads sheared right off but they probably went through more hits on Saturday then they will in a normal month.

The stands will also allow for a more interesting COF at the next match. Thanks for helping get those up out there.

Thanks for all the work putting those up! That doesn't look like it would have been easy for sure.

Stands worked awesome but the 300m plate sheared its bolt heads 2 or 3 times so those had to be replaced a few times.

I wondered if that mounting method was going to be a problem. Guess it is. I think we're going to have to modify it somehow.
