AFTERMARKET BULLPUP STOCKS ARE PROHIBITED. FACTORY BULLPUP RIFLES ARE ***NOT NECESSARILY*** PROHIB, UNLESS DEFINED AS SUCH BY ONE OF THE OIC'S.
Sorry for the ranting.
Either way, I HIGHLY doubt there will ever be a .22 rimfire PS90. Probably next to zero market for them.
when combined with a firearm, reduces the overall length of the firearm such that a substantial part of the reloading action or the magazine-well is located behind the trigger of the firearm when it is held in the normal firing position.
Damn it won't link anymore.![]()
GIXXER said:I guess technically it 's not a bullpup as the mag isn't behind the trigger ,right?
Lambo said:From what I read in the C.C of Canada, the PS90 is legal to own, just the ammo (5.7 x 28mm) is prohibited because it can penetrate armor.

If you doubt this then lets see you try to get a bullpup registered in Canada.![]()

(on a side note the 5.7 ammo does come in armor piercing, but it also comes in plain jane varieties as well.)
This is true, and the problem is that these "people" who don't know firearms are in a position to make laws and pass legislation that affect people who do know firearms. It's ridiculous. [/RANT]Lambo said:Just typing what the Criminal Code sayes, and you know as well as me, someone that does not know firearms will say that since it said it in the Criminal Code, they will think all 5.7 is armor piercing, there for all 5.7 is prohib.
