Its my favorite way to eat Geese but then again, its the only way I have ever eaten goose, and its fantastic.
-Put 2 goose breasts (or more if you want but 2 is usually plenty for a family meal) in your crock pot/slow cooker about 24 hours before you plan to eat it.
-Put a can of apple juice in with the breasts so that they are completely covered and cook on LOW for about 23 hours.
-Drain the juice and add your favorite brand/flavor of BBQ sauce and tear it all apart with a couple large forks until it looks like pulled pork and the BBQ sauce is mixed in good
-Cook for 1 more hour on LOW stiring it occasionally and then serve with buns or rolls for PULLED GOOSE ON A BUN
