Hey Felix, is that your .22 that you posted and if so where can I get a stock like that?

Has Anyone got any replacement parts? My new parts were suppose to be shipped from rhineland on two occations, the last one being mid December. I'm wondering if they are going to send anything at all?
Anyone else heard?
Oh Yeah
Happy New Year NOW GO VOTE

I haven't been able to get a straight answer from RA regarding any of the problems i am having so it's nice to see that they are responding to some of the issues.

As far as I understand a new bolt, firing pin, extractor and ejector are what needs to be replaced in the defective R22's and that is what thomas is shipping to TSE for distribution, but I could be wrong

What is the issue with the ejector? I asked for a new bolt because the firing pin strikes are right on the edge but wasn't aware of other problems

I'll repeat myself here. It's not totally the bolt issue. Misalignment of the bolt and the barrel on at least some rifles causes the firing pin to almost miss the rim of the cartridge. Take a closer look at my pics earlier in the thread.

I saw those but I have been waiting for a new hand guard since mine is bent or the holes are tapped crooked so badly that you can't sight it in.
Thomas has said twice that he has shipped my Hand guard but then he appologied and said he would ship it out right away and still nothing.

I have got similar responses.

I really want this new bolt to see if it fixes my problem. This rifle has been a wall hanger for almost 2 1/2 months for me now. Even if I can get it fixed, I am going to sell it anyhow, as I have had enough with it. I honestly can't stand looking at it right now:mad:

I talked to thomas and he told me that he would ship a new bolt to me right away, when I checked back with him two weeks later I was told that the new bolts would be ready in about two weeks, that was about a month ago, when I called back two weeks later I was told the bolts would be ready to ship in two weeks...now I have had it, I have a $660.00 piece of junk that I can't use and RA is off my list for future purchases, not to mention how many sales they are going to lose due to the "great" reputation they are making for themselves.

Anyone see a new bolt yet?

I have sent RA a few more emails, no responses at all (over the month of Dec and the start of Jan).

Are we going to be seeing bolts anytime soon? Maybe another owner has recieved more information about this.

My rifle has been collecting dust for almost two and a half months now.........

That 650 (not including all the crap I bought for it) could have been spent on a whole bunch of other stuff by now:mad:

No response to my recent emails either. As I have mentioned before I made my rifle working flawlessly modifying the bolt and the inside of the receiver but still want a new bolt and a new bull barrell (mine has 2 cavities which cause drop of pressure which in turn causes decreased velocity). RA promised to ship a new barrel to me in early December-nothing has arrived as of today !!!!!

I think with all this stalling from the manufacturer that nothing is going to get done. I'm considering buying one of these rifles off of one of you guys and doing some machining myself to correct the problem.
Any offers?
Jim

Question What is the retailer /shop that sold you this doing to help remedy this problem? Are they working on your behalf to get the problems resolved with the manufacturer?

I am getting friggin fed up with the BS they keep giving me. Its in the mail, no its not, it will be there next week, now in 3 weeks.

A company is only as good as its products and word. If they would have told me straight that it was gonna take 2 months to make and ship, I could have dealt with it, waited and if it worked, been content with the outcome.

But what they are doing now is just nonesense, we are being jerked around and having to wait this long for something that might not even fix the problem.

This is one of the longest threads on this board and I am sure it was noticed by RA and TSE by now. Would you guys jump in and give us some answers , explanations , time -tables for remedial actions etc. etc. We -the owners of
malfunctioning R22s- are very patient but at the same time badly pissed off with the way we are being treated. Please talk to us !!!

I sent a nother e-mail to RA and have heard nothing back, I called TSE and they couldn't give me any help either...at this point I am mostly disappointed with both company's and the service or lack of that they are providing
