R9 Prohibited FRT

Liberals doing Liberal things. They are an enemy of the firearm community, surely everyone has known this for years.

Don’t indulge in ideas of negotiating or pleading to them. They don’t like us, and we shouldn’t like them. This is the fight of our lives and we will win.

Not surprised. It was just a matter of time. The level of retardation of the liberal government (current and former) is astounding and to be completely expected at this point.
Only way we can stand up to them is non-compliance, make them look as retarded as they actually are.
Unfortunately, dam near everyone is complying. I don't see people using, selling or buying anything the government has arbitrarily banned. I post a wtb, it gets removed, I post something for sale, I get a temp ban and it gets removed. Canadians will roll tf over like they always do.

No it is not but it could be very expensive for anyone that gets to be a test case.
Not only that, but so what? What difference does it being a legal document or not actually make?

Are you're going to win if you go to court for possession of a prohib charges because the FRT is not a legal document? A judge is going to say the lab overstepped and declared this gun a variant even though it's not? Good ####ing luck with that.

What I find interesting is that the Crusader Arms Templar is still a non restricted firearm. A little over 8 months ago I made my first call to the CFC to get confirmation on its current status and talked directly to a tech who said that the Templar was being examined to determine if its classification needed to be changed and a FRT issued for the firearm. I have religiously call every month to ask the about the Templar (to the point that I think the one female tech I always seem to get kinda recognizes my voice). I even recorded the conversation from June 5th where again the tech told me that they were examining the Templar to determine if its classification needed to be changed but as of that date its classification had not changed and no FRT had been issued for it. Techs have always said that a determination will be made at some point but they had no idea when that would be. So at the very least the RCMP techs have been looking at the Templar for 8 months and have not been able to decide if the Templar is a AR18 variant or not.
I’d didn't know this! Are they still selling them?

Another day, another ban.. 🥱 This rinse and repeat process is old and worn out but will continue until only criminals have firearms...
And all of us "legal firearms owners" will be deemed as criminals.... Mostly because we will still be in possession of prohibited firearms that the liberals haven't figured out how to buy back after 5 years. It'll be a good enough excuse for Carney's henchmen to get warrants and kick in doors.

What do you expect CGN admin to do, exactly? Allow prohib sales and purchases on its platform?

US is getting firearm related wins many times, can we at least get some good news this year? This liberal retard-nation needs to stop
America is increasing personal freedoms and Canada is doing the opposite. In 2025 there is no good argument for reducing the freedoms of law abiding citizens, none at all. Only evil and immoral govt seeks to reduce the freedoms of the law abiding.

Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's not happening. Do you expect people ignoring the law the talk about that openly?

When doing illegal things on the black market it is best not to openly advertise on the interwebz. I agree with IDCAY, there are still plenty of guns trading hands, just not in the open in places where agents of the state can see it happening.

The entire lab is a ####ing joke. If they can ban the Mossberg Blaze 47 based on looks, what is the purpose of the lab, other than to waste taxpayers $ trying to weld a ####ing templar upper to the lower of another already banned rifle to see if it will fire.
