Two thumbs up for Phoenix Range, and yes, they carry the Shooters Connection bag. They aren't cheap but they're worth it.
After exchange rates you get duty (8% if I remember right) and GST added. I doubt a retailer in Canada gets awayf from the duty issue as the bags are made in India. I paid the same price as you see on the Shooters Connection website.

i have the sooters connection bag. what i like about it is the pull out inner bag. this is what i normally carry on the range with me with either ammo boxes in it or an ammo bag. the rest of the bag is large enough to carry what i want but i can leave it in the car. i am much to lazy to carry around 50 poounds of stuff that i shouldn't need while shooting!

You just said it all. When you consider the Shooter's Connection will last you a lifetime spending the extra won't amount to much on an annual basis and you won't be buying another bag that is for sure.
