Hi,
I found a nice Winchester Ranger 120 3inch at my local hunting store. The metal look nice although it might need some bluing. The stock and pump really need some refinishing.
I find the shotgun good looking and for 150 $ it's not so bad. I was thinking at trying my hand at refinishing the stock. It's got no checkering so I figured it would not be so hard. I might try to lower the price of the shotgun to get a refinishing kit with it for the same price.
My question is: is it hard to refinish a stock. I've never done such a thing but I figured that if I take my time and do it in my spare time I could be able to do something good.
So should I try it or not ?
Thanks,
Seb
