Rank these plastic stock stainless in terms of "value for money"

I think that "plastic" really works in Tikka's favour. The strong selling points of their rifles are excellent out-of-the-box accuracy, a great receiver design (rigid), and practical, no-nonsense glass reinforced polymer components that don't rust, break, or dent. The only exception, from what I heard, is that the shroud may be the only weak point. Easy and cheap upgrade if you're worried. Another thing I like about Tikka is its modular design. The bolt handle can be easily changed out for something different, The recoil lug can be easily changed out for a steel or titanium unit for those that are worried (not me), the trigger can be easily changed out for something different (though I think its one of the best factory units around), higher capacity magazines can be purchased, etc. If you like the model 85 Sako, which I do, there's no sense in a transitional design (A7)... either save a few extra pennies and buy the 85 or stick with a tried and proven T3 that really doesn't take a back seat to an 85 or any rifle, it's just different and simpler. I am starting to realize that simplicity has its advantages!

Tikka savage remington browning. The tikka has a crappy shroud yes but hundreds of rounds have got me over worrying about the iffy looking recoil lug. The savage is just overall gross nothing really wrong with it. The remington stock is disgusting and i found with 2 different xmark triggers i could not adjust them and tighten the action into the stock without the trigger pulls going haywire. A timney fixed this although i dont know why it was not also affected. the browning i had had an unacceptable trigger and i couldnt do anything about it. Other than that it was pretty nice. I have 3 tikkas they are great
