Rcbs sucks! Warranty? Forget it!

that is exactly what you wrote ... i received some parts that i requested 4 weeks ago. they did not sent me an email to ask me any questions: they shipped it what else i can expect as a customer?

some love in email????

who cares they are good on supporting and this is what we need.
 
I have a problem with a die set. Last week I tried emailing the tech support as listed on the instruction sheet. I don't know if it's a server issue or what but it won't go through. I'll have to try the old fashioned telephone next. Ughhh.....
 
I broke the depriming pin in my 9mm dies.
I called and was on the phone 10 minutes and they had sent me replacements. Now the wait to see how long they take to get here.

Great warranty experience.
 
All I can say is "RCBS ROCKS!"

I have used and abused my 308 Win SB Sizing Die for years, the pin is bent and the button has a nick or two - time for a replacement part...

I hit the RCBS website and came up empty so I called them and asked to purchase a new 30 cal rod assembly. The technician wanted to know why so I told him that it was not warranty but years of my abuse. He refused to sell me one, it was free or not at all! I insisted to at least pay for the shipping to Ontario but was ignored! All he said was "it'll take a while to get to you".

Eight days later, a USPS Priority envelope from RCBS arrived in my mailbox thus guaranteeing that I will be an RCBS fan-for-life...
