I have heard about other folks in a similar situation that were instructed to supply photos of the item totally destroyed and RCBS sent out a new one...Chargemaster combo comes to mind but can't recall for sure.
Can't hurt to call them and ask if it's a possible.

Yeah, I may give them another call to see what can be done...I do like the ultrasonic cleaner but for that leak.

Everything I have ever bought that was RCBS, new, used, or abused has been cheerfully replaced free of charge with no shipping charges if there was ever a problem.

I picked up a FL sizing die for 30-06 at a garage sale [$1.00] When I cleaned it up and sized a case, I noted that it marked
the case in 3 or 4 locations, leaving very light scratches on the case. I E-mailed RCBS and explained the situation, and asked
them if they could polish the die. They asked me to send the die with 3 fired cases from my rifle.
To my delight, I received a brand new die back in the mail, custom polished to the chamber size of my rifle. That is service...No charge! D.

My first Chargemaster crapped out after the warranty had expired. What they did is request that I smash it into little pieces with a hammer and send email pictures in to save the shipping costs, with CC info for the shipping from the states. Or maybe it was a service charge of 60 bucks and they covered the shipping? Amounts to the same cost either way.

Never being one for following instructions exactly,I shot it with a .458 Win Mag and sent the video in instead. Still using the replacement.

Positive experience.

Chargemaste ac charge adapter died. One call and they sent a new one - free shipping. They did ask me to send the whole unit back first but I told them I was confident that it was only the charge adapter.
