RCMP C8 Clone Build

No one I know keeps their muzzle facing forward unless its a range rule. The BCM edge might be too sharp for a course when you will be using it more than real life. When I shoot carbines, I wear gloves, so maybe thats why I've never had any issues.

To clarify the latch is medium.

I shoot lefty, so having a very positive handle on the latch is a big deal for me. The new BCM does not provide that. I take the same rifle every time, has the badger tactical. I also wear gloves everytime I shoot. It's frustrating, but for now I'm good. My next spot we'll see.

Well I stand corrected, I had no idea patrol officers were thusly engaged these days.

Oh not everywhere. We're just lucky we have such a gang violence problem. ;)

Ya, I don’t shoot with gloves on. I used duct tape bandages about day 4. That was with the nice soft Ergo grip and tactical latch. A BCM cuts in even just doing a safety/mechanical. On a course you would have to use gloves with the BCM or you'd have hamburger hands in about 5 minutes.
