Really? The end of cheap SKS's?

I always do shop around. That’s how I was able to find a nice silver bolt SVT-40 at Ellwood Epps today as well. Laminate stocks are fine, but I prefer hardwood on my Russian rifles.

FYI, weimajack has two very fine non-refurbished, unissued Chinese military SKS's for $189 each
And a nice 1954 Russian mild refurb.

Now is the time to snatch them up at these ridiculous prices.

I like the idea of a box of Cuban cigars with a purchase of an SKS..... from CUBA!! Mabe Justin can fly down (He is not doing anything in Ottawa) and make a group buy for us all. The gov't is into selling WEED so why not guns??????

There was a dealer on here that had them yesterday, but they are sold out today.

Lots here at Frontier, including various "investment packs" from 3 to 15 rifles:

Lots here on EE (Lefebvre's):

and here on EE (weimajack):

and here's a search using "SKS" and "WTS":

and westrifle has 3 very nice 1949's, two of which are in correct arsenal fitted laminate stocks:

and Tradex has a number of hardwood and laminate refurbs, which tend to be MUCH nicer than expected:

and CGN member "flamingchicken" always has nice SKS's on hand.

I'm sure there's much more to be found in some Crappy Tires, lebaron, Wholesale Sports, etc..

Guys, there are LOTS still available. Call around or look around on EE. There's no shortage. I'm sure there's another shipment coming in as westrifle indicated in another thread. Don't believe the hype.

I am heading to my local Can Tire tomorrow to see what they have left, and also one other store here in town. If Crappy Tire has a bunch I may just see about a crate if they will let me hand pick them :)

What is the cheapest SKS these days? I bought mine for $75 :)
So you paid $75 for an sks , no strings attached like high shipping and high priced ammo had to be bought along with it? Where did you get that deal I always wanted a cheap Chinese sks to go with my Russians/yugo's! But I don't want to pay for ammo at inflated prices plus high shipping!
