Yes, there are 9P blowback pistols but, as far as I know, none currently in manufacture.
Most common example is the ASTRA 600 produced for the Luftwaffe, nearly 70 years ago. It is a big, heavy gun which is a VERY long way from being a small pocket-size model such as the Mak.
1903 Belgian/1907 Swedish were blowbacks, too, chambered a short 9mm round which was CALLED the 9mm Browning Long. You make it from .38 Super and trim to 18mm. Yes, it is the same length as the Mak round but it uses a .010" smaller-diameter bullet. BOTH are relatively mild rounds.
Pressure on the 9P runs as high as 36000 psi: well into the range of many rifles. It is NO round for any pocket-pistol. If it had been developed in the USA rather than in Europe, likely it would have been called the ".357 Short Rimless Magnum"...... which is exactly what it is.
Best deal is to get some Mak brass and a .365" mould and roll your own.
