These Limbsaver pre fit pads are just fantastic, this is the 3rd one I've bought in the last few months.
So much better than a stock pad.
Short guys in the under 5 foot club might have issues with the change in LOP though.
Pulled this thin pad off a Boyd's stock I ordered.

I have them on a few rifle( grind to fit though) and no issues and great recoil absorption!!

I'm a fan also. Having trouble finding them recently unless your willing to pay over $50 a piece.
Yes, same here.
I bought 3 recently all from different vendors.
All ended up at ~$70 with shipping.

One thing I noticed was website descriptions for fitment are not always accurate and you should order only using the part numbers from the Limbsaver website.

On a side note this Boyd's delivery from USA including customs was 16 calendar days.

Nice stocks , I've ordered 3 this year but substandard packing.

They absolutely work alright!

Even being a 6 footer though, if the stocks not trimmed I feel the LOP difference you're talkin about especially if a stocks already on the long side. If the original pad was curved or angled it feels weird for abit too. But they work!

Find the Pachmayr Old English style pads better looking but not as effective as they don't have the same internal construction.

You bring a rifle to the shoulder with a soft rubber pad compare to a hard one or a plastic but plate and the soft rubber pads are not as smooth to come up, catches/grabs a bit more the clothings I find!
100% but I do little to no snap shooting and have left a smooth hard plastic one on my coach gun and upland gun

Great little devices for old worn out shoulders. It takes a bit of practice to get used to the fit and settling on the shoulder. It is also beneficial to practice while wearing your usual outdoor attire. I like 'em.

I, too, have several. Really helps with a 14" SG and 12G slugs, as well as on the other SGs. A grind-on for a 308, too.

This is true. Pretty much restricted to grind to fits for the most part but imo the best pad out there. Looks wise and they arent sticky like the Limbsaver Air Tech which I have on a couple of Tikka T1x to add some LOP.

Where are you guys getting them from? Need the 10806 for a Marlin 336 wood.
Found some on Amazon ranging from $80 to $125
