recoil reduction for wife

bear spray are called bear seasoning here ... never felt confident with that: when you see a humane not diverted by a spray by police officer and the caps they have is higher than the one we can purchase.

during army time we had to be trained with tear gas and never put someone away or diverted so do not imagine a grizzly charging ...

back to rifle and has said by previous posters fitting is the key ... i fitted two shotguns for EMR lady staff that were unable at first to shoot 12 gauge.

we did the same with 30-06 and stock cutted for federal female employees. never heard back any bad complaints up to now.

so a good recoil pad, stock fitting, lower load at first, the limbsaver pad and sound reduction will help you.

will it be a 7x57, a 6.5x55 or their modern version is up to her and what will fit her.

In my somewhat dated survey of the anatomy of female federal employees I did not find them much different in shape than the non-federally employed control group. have you had differing results?
 
I had the same problem as the OP. My wife is the same size. Tried all kinds of guns.
In the end, the one gun that fit her best is the CZ 527 7.62x39. It's light, recoil is manageable and she hits dead on with it.
I'd rather see her enjoy that rifle and hit what she's aiming at accurately.
 
My youngest son is now 8 1/2 years old when he is 10 years old and it is legal for him to hunt his first hunting rifles will be one of my short OAL light T/C Contender carbines with barrels in 6.8SPC = 95gr TTSX @ 2960fps , 7-30 Waters = 120gr - 139gr bullets, 35 Rem = 150gr - 230gr bullets & 45 Colt = 200gr - 360gr bullets.

When he can handle slightly higher recoil I'll move him up to my 375JDJ and 45-70 barrels these are 200 yard moose combos.

between female and non female yes i found a big difference lol i do not know if a non federal female was different never been asked to make one working for them lol ....
