LOL after that last thread was "unexpectededly" locked I alsmot created a thread titled post pics of your poorly finished ar15's Hahahah u sorta beat me to it
I wish they'd hire a PR person for their internet posts.
They've produced quite a few inconsistent posts where they've used confusing, or inconsistent language to describe a product;
I've seen two different descriptions for a barrel profile in the same thread and a third on their website.
They state USGI trigger pull spec is something like 10-15lbs to justify the heavy triggers on their rifles yet the actual spec is between 5.5-8.5lbs.
Bolt carriers described as 4140 on the forum but website says carpenter 158
Using the excuse that their "clients" prefer commercial buffer tubes, so that's why don't use milspec. This was right after saying they plan on making milspec tubes in the same post. So which is it?
We have made 3 Different profile shotgun barrels.
Where did we say that? Our rifles now ship with a 6-7lb spring thats made in Canada.
Carriers are tool steel, bolts are carpenter steel
Can we not do both? You say you want one product, we say ok, we'll give it to you. You then say Whts up, why are you flip flopping. You know what. Some people will never be happy regardless. So we're going to keep on keeping on. The overwelming majority of our customers have been very happy. We will focus on them.
If someone has some constructive suggestions or critism, we've always been receptive to that and will continue to be so.
Do you know what a PR guy would say? Stay off forums. Like everyone else in our shoes does..
Somewhere around 50lbs I've been told.![]()
We use Military grade springs that will break in at between 8-12lbs as any proper fighting rifle should. Should the user need a lighter more sporting pull, they're compatible with any milspec parts kit.
We adopted a small boy from Mozambique to test fire the rifles. We figure if he can pull the trigger on one of our rifles, so should you.![]()
This is a public thread and NEA should know that the point of this thread is for the public not dealers/shills..and other third party interest to take away integrity of it's purpose.
I would prefer NEA to stay out of the thread and take all the suggestions and opinions in too help improve there product line and company. I can't remember where any other company has the power too move a thread started by a independent member with no affiliation to any company and just move it to there company forum and do what they please with it.
I find this trend to be an inherent conflict of interests that discredits CGN...

I have a suggestion....
Mods move all NEA threads to NEA`s own forum...
People complain that the koolaid they bought don`t taste right and complain in black forum....
NEA comforts complaining owners by PM and then on here with the " make it right" and " don`t know how that ever got by us" etc..
Then these same people after dissing the product are new found NEA koolaid drinkers again and back on team NEA
leave the drama off black rifle forum
