Single or mag, wouldn't matter.
I love big calibers
338 lapua but that could get costly.
U used to have 7mm rm but PIA to reload belted magnum.
Bench shooting will be the most. Maybe some prone.
I'm just seeing what actions and brands people recommend.
I think I would avoid Sako....they make terrific rifles but there seems to be significant debate on the interweb regarding the precise thread measurement required/necessary when rebarreling. Not that there are not a lot of guys who are quite happy to tackle it.....even if they are only 'close'.Can anyone recommend a good Long range action?

My current target rifle is built off of a dead standard Tikka T3 action and I would recommend them for the money. In saying that, there is literally nothing wrong with any of the actions on your list, just depends on what you want out of the rifle, what type of competition you want to shoot, how far you want to shoot, etc. Application, application, application... Decide your application first and then build around that.

Just about any action that is solid steel across the top of the receiver is a good choice for a long range rifle build. You want that steel across the top of the ejection port to support the weight of your long and heavy barrel.
You want a stiff action first and foremost.
