I've got an RCBS Rockchucker II and am quite happy with it. No complaints so far and although I haven't had opportunity to use their customer service, I've only hard good things about them. On the other hand, I have recently dealt with Redding's customer service first hand and can honestly say they were nothing short of fantastic. Have a new set of .280 Rem dies from them and through my own negligence and idiocy I managed to damage the set screw on the lock ring of my sizing die. It was damaged inside the lock ring so I couldn't get the allen key in to loosen or tighten it. Anyways, I needed a whole new lock ring for the die. I emailed Redding and explained the situation , including my fault in the ring damage, and asked for pricing on a replacement ring with shipping up to Alberta. I had an email back within the hour saying they would have a replacement ring out to me that day - no charge. Ring arrived in the mail from the states in a week. I'm sure this same level of customer service carries through to all of their products, presses included, so I wouldn't hesitate to buy one if my Rockchucker ever fails me.
In this day and age of poor customer service, I'm happy to be able to share a story of GOOD service.
