How do we know if we got the item we were after. Completed checkout but never got confirmation email. Even though most of the stuff I wanted sold before the online sale and I still don't know if I got the item I wanted I want to say thanks for an amazing sale. To the people #####ing. It is a buisness lucky the did this sale online at all. I think they should open it to locals first. That's who goes there every week. I see it as loyalty to local customers and the customers will shop reliable with the same loyalty

You understand they did opened to locals for a whole day before the online sale, right?

Plus, locals got hot-dogs.

Hey just a question while you guys are here, I placed two orders (forgot something in the first one) is it possible to group the two orders together?
 
Just a suggestion, and it's not just about the sale, it's true for the everyday operation of the website: When a product is out of stock, leave the product page, but say it's out of stock. Pretty much like amazon does would be perfect (2 different pages, one is "we're out of stock but we're gonna get more" and the other is "we're out of stock forever"), but any kind of "Out of stock" page would be better than "Page not found". Removing the page entirely is a bit confusing, and the customer keeps searching because "damn it I remember I saw it at reliableguns".

We've specifically chosen to ONLY show the products we have in stock. It is too hard to stay on top of fluctuating prices on everything that we bring in throughout the year.

It doesn't help anyone having old pricing and possibly obsolete descriptions on products.

However, we really appreciate the input and we have put much thought into it before. Neither direction is perfect but this was the way we decided to operate.

Some items there are plenty of, some there aren't. People miss out on some items in any sale. For the local sales in TO, west coasters miss out on plenty, but without malice. It's just luck of the draw. Try buying concert tickets for popular bands and wanting front row seats. The chances are that you and MANY others will be left disappointed. You can try again for the next big show that comes through, or stay mad and never get a chance again because you decided to never try again. No store will have an endless supply of what you are looking for. It's just luck of the draw my man. Better luck next time! (sincerely)
 
Leupold VX-2 Rimfire 3-9x33mm EFR was listed yesterday on the website. Today, the product listing is entirely gone. Is it out of stock, no longer available, or mysteriously missing during the sale?

Sold out today in store.
 
Had the chance to stop by an hour before they closed today. Glad I did. First reliable gun purchase and they were very helpful, knowledgable and overall great customer service considering how busy you guys were!! Thank you!
 
I'm super excited I got one of the items I was after. I wasn't sure if I checked out on time. With the tons of messages I can only assume they are dealing with, a reliable Gun staff member (Warren) saw my post and took the time to manually look it up for me and confirm. I had some other questions about items and they were answered very quickly. That is customer service that can't be beat. I only learned of reliable gun this summer and they are very quickly becoming my top online go to store. Kudos to them for this sale and especially to their staff for amazing service. both today and in previous transactions.
