Do some due diligence and contact the couriers to find out which of them will ship powder, and how much it costs.

My fervent hope is that someone who has already done this will speak up and provide helpful notes. No-one ever does, and so I conclude that it can't be done.

Or you could just put it into one of the convenient boxes from the Post Office, wrap the container so it doesn't rattle around, and ship it yourself.

That is incredibly illegal and can trigger multiple criminal charges.

I shipped some powder, "legally" through Purolator a couple of years ago.

The 7PRC got its best results with RL26.

Some folks are convinced the powder was developed for the 7PRC, and some are convinced the 7PRC was developed purposely to utilize the capabilities of RL26.

It was the go to powder for the commercial manufacturers of 7PRC ammunition, on a proprietary basis, before it was released as a cannister grade powder.

Thanx for that, I didn't look it up, mostly because I wasn't interested in the discussion at the time, and to tell the truth, other than very mild curiosity, I'm still not.

I had lots of opportunities to purchase usable quantities of RL26 before it was no longer being manufactured, and didn't because RL25 was fine for the cartridges I choose to use these days.

Maybe the PRC was developed because of RL26 qualities? It certainly was a great match.

Somehow, because of razor thin profit margins at the manufacturing level, I believe RL26 was developed for military applications, which is usually the case, or it may have been developed for a commercial ammunition manufacturer, which I doubt.

It's quite possible we may be seeing overruns of this powder on the surplus sites, but only after military requirements are fully covered.

I'm curious as to where the military is using this powder.
