Hello,
Finally got out to the range with what I made up. I had 140 grain projectiles behind 35 grains of IMR 4895, blew a primer right away. Brass failed to eject, I was able to pull it out with no resistance. Using the 36 grains as you all recommended completely solved the issue, 20 rounds without a single problem. Inspected the brass and it was all good, no raised primers or other problem signs. I do not have a neck sizer or headspace gauge but I will compare fired and unfired brass to see.
Either way I want to thank you all for the load advice, I never would have assumed that I needed more powder not less to solve the issue I was facing.
Thanks
