I'll be sport and say this. If you are serious about it, your first piece of equipment is a reloading manual. Spawn-Inc gave you 2 excellent suggestions. Read one, it will answer your question better than us guessing your actual needs (ammo consumption rate, budget available, precision required, etc.). Often neglected at first but do also plan for space, storage (powders, primers, tools) and a well lighted workbench in your list.
Reloading is easy, fun and rewarding when done correctly. Do yourself a favour, build on knowledge, not incomplete info read from buddy on the Net: just like trees like to jump at skiers, propellants (powders) and high explosives (primers) have their own life too...
